2. Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time is 8 to 10 business days after your order has been shipped, depending on your location and product availability.

Exceptions:

  • Delivery times do not apply to remote territories or to China.
  • If your order to one of these destinations isn't processed within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at support@elaraunderwear.com for a status update.

6. Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Elara is not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is returned due to such issues, reshipping fees will apply.
  • We do not process address changes after the order has been shipped.
7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Carrier delays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Strikes, customs checks, or local disruptions

Elara cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by these factors.

8. Undelivered or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Failure to pick up the order from the carrier within the required timeframe

The reshipping costs will be fully charged to the customer.

9. Insurance

All orders are insured against loss or damage until they are delivered.

  • If a package is marked as delivered but was not received, please contact the carrier before reaching out to us.
  • Claims for lost or damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
